病毒的体内Self-assembly
特别是VLP的体内、体外Self-assembly (HPV的L1蛋白)机理似乎目前还不是很明确。

这些自我组装功能的获得都与某些蛋白的特性有关,或者特殊结构,比如在流感病毒的M1以及HPV的L1都含有一段疏水区,这与他们和细胞膜的脂质分子相互作用从而介导组装释放有很大关系。
具体机理个人也不是很清楚。
