An introductory text clearly benefits from the
" z+ M( C( }! Q' i5 ecoherence provided by a single author, but suffers from3 t5 H. ^) |' V6 T7 F8 Z2 g( a
the finite expertise of any single researcher. Therefore, a" v/ i- x3 G- p7 f2 ^1 {+ u
compromise was devised, in which each chapter was coauthored
