请教：血清IgG1和IgG2a抗体是什么东西？能说明什么？很多疫苗试验中为什么要测IgG1/IgG2a比值？困惑中。。。。

这一般是评价疫苗诱导的应答是偏向于Th1还是Th2型（为Th细胞的两个分化方向，Th1可以分泌多种细胞因子如干扰素促进CTL反应即所谓的细胞免疫倾向，而Th2则可以分泌细胞因子IL-4促进抗体产生即所谓的体液免疫倾向，当然这两种方向只是偏向而已）
在小鼠体内，Th1型会产生IgG2a型抗体，Th2型则会产生IgG1型抗体。但是在人体内则是相反的。
所以我们经常会用IgG1/IgG2a来评价疫苗诱导的免疫应答是偏向于哪种应答！

BALB/c mice typically respond to vaccines and subunit vaccines with a Th2-type immune response, which is associated with the stimulation of IgG1 antibodies . However, the major antibody isotype present in the sera of mice that survive viral infections is IgG2a , which is stimulated during Th1-type immune responses . Stimulation of IgG2a antibodies has been associated with increased efficacy of  vaccination . Additionally, monoclonal antibodies of the IgG2a isotype are more efficient at clearing  virus infections than monoclonal antibodies of the IgG1 isotype displaying similar antigenic specificities.

在人类IGG中 如果是抗多糖类抗原活性基本取决与IGG1和IGG2  而抗蛋白和病毒的就有IGG1，IGG3

猪和人的IgG1和2是一样，和小鼠是反的。
