2017年国内学者JVI发文情况

2017年是中国病毒学发展史上重要一年,这一年以国内科研机构和学者为主要完成者在国际重要病毒学期刊发表了多项标志性成果,继去年年度盘点后,中国病毒学论坛微信号将继续对一年来国内学者取得成果进行盘点。2017年国内学者在Journal of Virology(JVI)共发文108篇,较2016年增加7篇;从单位发文来看,中科院上海巴斯德所以11篇雄踞首位,其他超过2篇的单位依次为中国医学科学院病原生物学研究所8篇,中科院武汉病毒所8篇,中国农科院哈尔滨兽医研究所8篇,华中农业大学7篇,武汉大学5篇,吉林大学、中科院微生物所、中国农业大学、南京农业大学、中山大学、苏州大学各4篇,清华大学、中国疾病预防控制中心、军事医学科学院、复旦大学、南开大学各3篇,西北农林科技大学、浙江大学、泰山医学院、北京大学、河南农业大学各2篇。
IF=4.606)是由美国微生物协会(American Society for Microbiology,ASM)在1967年创办的老牌病毒学期刊,半月刊。该杂志在病毒学领域33份杂志中排名第5位,文章发表量排名第1。目前主编为加里弗尼亚大学Rozanne M. Sandri-Goldin教授。在1998至2013的15年期间,其IF一直保持在5.0以上;但自从2014年开始,其IF降到5.0以下。其原因可能有如下两种:该杂志在2011至2012年接受发表基因组通告(genome announcement,此文章类型于2013年单独成立为期刊)类型的文章,此类型文章的引用数相对较低;另外,2010年该协会创办了另一旗帜性开放获取期刊mBio,导致不少“原本”投Journal of Virology的高质量论文的流失。此杂志主要偏重于发表病毒学领域基础机制性的研究工作,包括病毒结构及组装、病毒基因组复制及基因表达调控、病毒基因多样性及进化、病毒与细胞之间相互作用、病毒感染的细胞反应、病毒致病机理及免疫和疫苗及抗病毒药物研发等方面。其文章类型主要包括Original Articles、 Minireviews、  Commentaries和Letters to the Editor。该杂志审稿速度比较快,一般在3个星期左右;但其接受率偏低,大约为30%。Journal of Virology按文章接受后排版的页面来收费,ASM协会会员费用为75美金/页,非会员为150美金/页。
